At InstaRise, all sales are considered final once delivery of an order has started.
Because Instagram followers are a digital service, once followers have been delivered or delivery has begun, they cannot be returned or taken back. For this reason, we cannot provide refunds for orders that have already started processing or have been completed.
If your order has not started processing, or if there is a problem preventing us from fulfilling your order, please contact our support team. Any refund required by applicable consumer-protection law will still be honored.
Please make sure you enter the correct Instagram username/profile information before completing your purchase. InstaRise is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
